Terms of participation for the bus trip to Frankfurt am Main

By registering for the bus trip, you accept the following conditions:

The bus trip takes place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, as a same-day outbound and return journey.
The price is 57 euros per person.
Payment is made in person on site. Online payment is not provided.
You will receive a receipt after payment is received.
Registration serves initially as a reservation and for organizational planning.
Detailed information on departure time, return time and meeting point will be communicated separately. Registered participants will be notified once this information is available.
If the required minimum number of participants or necessary capacity for the bus trip is not reached, the trip may be cancelled. In that case, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Changes to the organizational process remain reserved insofar as they are necessary for carrying out the trip.
