When you register for the group bus trip, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, number of seats, optional message) to plan participation, contact you and organize bus capacity.

Retention
We store your registration data for the duration of organizing the event and a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and documentation, unless longer retention is required by law.
Recipients and processors
Authorized staff of Ashna Cultural Foundation have access. Email notifications may use Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used optionally to prevent abuse.
Your rights
