Gathering and March of Iranians in Bavaria in Munich
Gathering and March of Iranians in Bavaria in Munich On Friday, May 1, 2026, coinciding with International Workers’ Day, Iranians from Bavaria will gather at Königsplatz in Munich to speak about the dignity of labor, a modern Iran, national prosperity, and a future founded on growth, law, welfare, and freedom. In the historical memory of many Iranians, the era of the late Mohammad Reza Shah is associated with the modernization of the country, the expansion of industry, the development of infrastructure, workers’ participation in factory profits, the transfer of part of industrial shares to employees, and the creation of institutions such as the Workers’ Welfare Bank. That period was, for Iranians, a symbol of hope for progress, economic development, and the building of a country in which work, production, and national prosperity held a fundamental place. Today as well, the name of Prince Reza Pahlavi is linked, for many Iranians inside and outside the country, with the idea of national unity, the reconstruction of Iran, and the transition toward a free and prosperous future. The Ashna Foundation clearly states that it stands alongside Reza Pahlavi, whom it regards as the hope of the majority of the Iranian nation, and sees him as the foremost national figure for bringing Iranians together and advancing the path of national renewal and reconstruction. Within this framework, the “Iran Prosperity Project” has been introduced as an economic and social vision for a free Iran. In presenting this project, emphasis is placed on trust in the people, respect for private property, a competitive economy, improving the business environment, increasing productivity, controlling inflation through an independent central bank, reforming financial markets, and rebuilding the pension system. This plan also includes an emergency program for the first 100 to 180 days after the transition, aimed at stabilizing conditions and beginning the process of rebuilding the country. The Ashna Foundation believes that the future of Iran will not be built through infrastructure reconstruction alone, but also through the revival of modern institutions, the rule of law, investment security, economic justice, equal opportunity, and national participation. For this reason, attending this gathering is not merely a symbolic act, but a declaration of support for a vision in which Iran can once again become a free, progressive, capable, and dignified country for its people. All Iranians in Bavaria are invited to attend this gathering and march and, through unity, order, and hope, become the voice of a new Iran. Time: Friday, May 1, 2026, 3:30 PM Location: Königsplatz, Munich This gathering will be held on one of the busiest days of the year in Munich and offers Iranians an opportunity to express clearly and powerfully, through their presence, a message of unity, hope, and determination for the rebuilding of Iran.
