Terms of participation for the train journey to Frankfurt am Main

By registering for the group train journey, you accept the following terms of participation:

The train journey takes place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, as a same-day outbound and return journey.
For participants who make a binding payment by and including 10 October 2026, the price is 57 euros per person. After that date, the price may change because the final cost of train tickets is not yet known.
Payment is made in person on site. Online payment is not provided.
You will receive a receipt after payment is received.
Registration serves initially as a reservation and for organizational planning of the group train journey.
Detailed information on departure time, return time, train connection and meeting point will be communicated separately. Registered participants will be notified in good time once this information is available.
If the required minimum number of participants or necessary capacity for the group train journey is not reached, the journey may be cancelled. In that case, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
If a participant does not appear at the respective meeting point in time after departure or return times have been announced, there is no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid.
Bonyad Ashna reserves the right to reject registrations or participation in justified individual cases. In that case, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
Changes to the organizational process, train connections, times or meeting points remain reserved insofar as they are necessary for carrying out the journey.
